Service

SportsXsport Studio lets authorized adults upload an athlete photo, personalize a sports graphic, purchase a finished digital file, and—when offered—request a physical print. Preview colors and cropping may vary slightly by display, paper, ink, and printer.

Your promises

You promise that you are at least 18, your order information is accurate, you have the required photo and likeness rights, and your upload does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, school, team, league, or event rules. Do not upload unlawful, exploitative, intimate, or unsafe content.

Design and AI processing

Automated quality checks help find blur, tight framing, clipped limbs, and cutout-edge problems but do not guarantee detection. Optional AI retouching is limited to subtle blemish cleanup and must preserve identity, body shape, uniforms, logos, and numbers. A customer remains responsible for reviewing the protected preview and warnings.

Payments, tax, and delivery

Payment is processed by Stripe. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout when Stripe Tax and the required registrations are configured. Delivery times are estimates; provider outages, source-photo problems, and on-site printer conditions may delay an order.

License

After full payment, the purchaser receives a personal-use license to print and share the finished poster. SportsXsport retains its original template artwork, effects, and software. The purchaser’s ownership of the source photo is not transferred to SportsXsport.

Limits

To the extent permitted by law, SportsXsport’s responsibility for an order is limited to correction, reprint, or refund of that order. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. New Jersey law governs, subject to applicable consumer-protection rules.
