Who may upload
You must be 18 or older and either own the photo, be the adult athlete shown, be the parent or legal guardian of a minor shown, or have written authorization from the athlete or their parent/guardian and the photographer or rights holder.
What you authorize
You authorize SportsXsport and its configured processing providers to privately store, analyze, cut out, optionally retouch, composite, print, and deliver the photo solely to fulfill the order or event workflow. This permission does not include public portfolio use, advertising, resale, or AI model training.
Minor athletes
Children may not upload their own photo. A parent, guardian, coach, school, or event representative uploading on behalf of a minor must have the authority required for the commercial poster order. Team or school permission does not automatically replace parent or guardian permission for SportsXsport’s own commercial use.
Revoking permission
Contact SportsXsport before fulfillment to revoke permission. Once a custom file or print has been produced, deletion can stop future storage and use but cannot undo a print already handed to the authorized purchaser.
